NN Investment Partners Announces Senior Hires for Sustainable & Impact Equity Team
Netherlands-based asset manager NN Investment Partners (NN IP) announced today a series of hires to grow its Sustainable & Impact Equity team, including Paul Schofield as Head of Sustainable & Impact Equity, Jeremy Kent as senior portfolio manager of NN IP’s Sustainable Equity funds, and Pieter van Diepen as Head of the Sustainable and Equity analyst team.
Schofield and Kent both join NN IP from Allianz Global Investor (AllianzGI). Schofield served at AllianzGI in the role of Global Equities Portfolio Manager, and as Lead Manager of the AllianzGI Global Sustainability strategy, a Global SRI strategy which considers environmental, social and corporate governance factors in the investment process. Kent served as Portfolio Manager for the AllianzGI Global Sustainability Fund. Schofield and Kent each sat on the AllianzGI ESG and Proxy Voting committees.
Prior to joining NN IP, van Diepen served as Investment Director for the global equities team at Aberdeen Standard Investments. In addition to his position as Head of the Sustainable and Equity analyst team, he will take on the role of senior analyst on the FinTech and Financial Inclusion value chain at NN IP.
NN IP also announced the addition of three new analysts to the team, including Giovanna Petti, Dirk-Jan Dirksen and Jeff Meys.
