Regional bank KeyBank announced today a series of sustainability-related executive appointments, including naming Eric Fiala as the new Head of Corporate Responsibility. In his new role, Fiala will be responsible for overseeing KeyBank’s community engagement, ESG, philanthropy, and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) teams.

Other appointments announced today include the hiring of Gwen Robinson as the Director of CRA Data and Compliance, and the promotions of has Kawanza Humphrey and Stacy Thompson to the positions of East Region Corporate Responsibility Manager and West & Midwest Region Corporate Responsibility Manager, respectively.

Fiala has been with KeyBank for 18 years, most recently serving as SVP & Director, Corporate Community Initiative and Relations. He has held a variety of roles at the bank, across functions including Corporate Finance, Analytics, and Corporate Responsibility.
