EQT Acquires Renewable Energy Platform Cypress Creek Renewables
Global investment organization EQT announced an agreement by its EQT Infrastructure V fund (EQT Infrastructure) to acquire leading integrated renewable energy platform Cypress Creek Renewables from funds managed by HPS Investment Partners, and Temasek.
Cypress Creek develops, owns, and operates utility-scale and distributed solar and storage projects. Founded in 2014, the company has commercialized 11GW to date and currently operates across 25 states with 1.6GW in operating assets.
